| Piano Technique: Advanced Finger Exercises |
This book is a major publishing breakthrough and the first work of its kind. In a new and innovative piano technique book, Terrence Rust has written technical exercises which are highly effective because of a unique combination of held notes and repeated notes. This develops the muscles used in playing the piano and increases strength and endurance. The exercises are to be practiced with a quick attack and release using the forearm.
Piano Technique: Advanced Finger Exercises is original in content and format. Organized into six chapters, it is designed to be played sequentially, from the very first note to the end of the book. All aspects of finger technique are addressed. Beginning with exercises of two, three, four, and five notes, the book progresses into patterns of increasing complexity, from thumb-under exercises and extensions to a complete treatment of double-note thirds, sixths, and octaves. Technical skills are developed thoroughly and methodically, one step at a time.
Written with unusual consistency and clarity, from the simple to the complex, this extraordinary new work will enable students, teachers, and concert artists alike to develop and maintain their technical skills at a very high level.

| Piano Technique: Intermediate Level Finger Exercises |
Piano Technique: Intermediate Level Finger Exercises is similar in content to the advanced book, although the exercises do not have held and repeated notes. It is highly effective in developing finger articulation and evenness. The patterns in every exercise are immediately applicable to the repertoire.
This book is also ideally suited for the preparation and development of the technical requirements of scales, arpeggios, broken chords, and octaves. An entire chapter, Chapter VI, is devoted entirely to these basic keyboard patterns. The book is based in part on the premise that the precursors of scale technique involve mastery of three-note patterns and four-notes patterns, and thumb-under-the-hand technique.
The intermediate level book has been written for students from age nine through adult. Students and teachers who have practiced this book have enjoyed seeing rapid progress in their performance abilities.

| Piano Games Book 2 |
A logical continuation and expansion upon the ideas found in the first Games book , Piano Games Book 2 employs exercises built on the chromatic scale. Chapter 1, with its two- note, three-note, four-note, and five-note exercises, exploits all of the fingerings of the intervals between a second and an octave, with all of the possible combinations of black keys and white keys. This is the beginning, the first step, of all piano technique. This book has also been written for young students between the ages of four and nine.
